• Account Data: name, email, authentication identifiers.

• Subscription & Purchase Data: product IDs, trial status, transaction metadata/receipts, subscription status and periods (handled by app stores and/or RevenueCat).

• App Usage & Analytics: app events, device information (OS, model, language, timezone), app version, crash logs, approximate location (if provided by OS), device identifiers (e.g., IDFV/instance ID).

• Content You Provide: food entries, photos, text logs, fasting windows/plans, goals, preferences.

• Support Communications: messages and attachments you send to support.

• Permissions (opt‑in): camera/photos (photo logging), microphone (voice logging), notifications. You can change these in device settings.

We do not collect medical records. Any health‑related data you enter is optional and user‑provided.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and features (e.g., logging, analysis, reminders).

• Personalize your experience (suggestions, settings).

• Manage subscriptions, trials, billing, and restore purchases.

• Monitor performance, debug issues, prevent fraud/abuse, and ensure security.

• Communicate with you for support and transactional notices.

• Hosting: Hostinger (website hosting for pages like Terms/Privacy), and may include CDN/hosting providers used by our stack.

• Database/Auth/Storage/Functions: Supabase (stores user profiles, app data, and subscription metadata we maintain).

• Subscription Infrastructure: RevenueCat (syncs receipts and exposes entitlements from app stores).

• App Stores/Payments: Apple App Store and Google Play (billing, refunds).

• Analytics/Crash Reporting: [e.g., Expo Application Services, Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics—list those you actually use].

• Email/Support: [e.g., SendGrid/HelpScout/Intercom—list if applicable].

• We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, accounting), after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion; some records (e.g., purchase logs) may be retained as required by law or platform policy.

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit and at rest where supported, access controls, least‑privilege). No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials.

9. International Transfers

We and our providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). App stores and third‑party services process data under their own terms.

10. Your Rights and Choices

• Access/Rectify/Delete: contact fyn@viralappbrewery.com; you may also delete your account in‑app (if available).

• Portability: request certain data in portable format.

• Withdraw Consent: adjust permissions (camera/mic/notifications) in device settings; toggle optional analytics where available.

• Marketing: we do not send marketing without consent where required; you may opt out at any time.

• Local Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights; we will respond per applicable laws.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal info, contact us to request deletion.
